We make teams more agile by providing fun retrospectives, one on one meetings, and morale tracking.

Analyze team morale: the app will ask your coworkers how they feel on that day and why. As a leader, visualize your team’s morale over time and identify positive/negative trends.

Make agile fun: run retrospectives in the app as a group. Celebrate what is working, understand what is not, and set action items.

One on ones: set on-demand or recurring one on one meetings, sharing the agenda beforehand, and create action items during the session. Both parties can collaborate!
