Australian Communities provides consulting and training for NDIS providers and works with NDIS participants who require support to live independently.
The Contemporary Provider Model for Service Delivery and Practice in the Disability Sector. We work with Service Providers to Raise the Bar and Revolutionise the Disability Sector. The deep pain that many Service Providers experience is loosing clients, going out of business, abuse and neglect of participants that are choosing to purchase their services. We think there are 3 key problems that Service Providers and the sectors we work in constantly struggle with; staff competency and capability, the complexity of the industry and a lack of enforcement and accountability.
Legislation and compliance are just starting points. The primary principles that service providers need to understand and live everyday are Transparency, Commitment, Authenticity, Customer Centred Work, Contemporary Practice and Safety. When these principles become your method you will experience understanding, educated, proactive and effective staff, simplified, clear practice and accessible information, best practice and accountability used to strengthen systems. We call this the Contemporary Provider Model for Service Delivery and Practice in the Disability Sector and we would love to share this with you to see real change in how NDIS Service Providers do business.

Emojis have become a universal language that allows users to share their stories from their devices in fun and emotional ways. Each keyboard and sticker package works across the most popular social media applications, expanding our customers’ reach and visibility. In 2016, Elmore partnered with Kathy Lu, an editor with The Kansas City Star, to create the Emoji My City platform, which designs, markets and develops branded emoji keyboards for cities and businesses. We created this platform to provide cities, brands and entertainers with a community engagement marketing tool.
