Unlike cards based on loyalty programs, Binkt offers its clients a mobile application loyalty program with access to their customer's data, thus allowing for more direct follow-ups. It allows restaurants to retain their existing customers with a loyalty program and gain new ones with deals.
Binkt can be set up in a matter of minutes for any given restaurants, consumers can easily download Binkt from the App Store and Google Play. It is offered in both English and French. Restaurants can reach their customers via push notifications and SMS messages and proximity push notifications. They can also export their customers’ information and use any email marketing solutions. Transactions are recorded on the App with QR codes and/or iBeacons.
