Career.Place, formed in 2016, removes bias from the hiring process and enables diversity and compliance through a SaaS based solution. Applicants move through an anonymous, consistent, and semi-automated career.place hiring funnel, with employers (HR, D&I, TA execs, & recruiters) advancing candidates when they meet the needs of the company or are removed from consideration when they do not qualify. Applicants that prove they are qualified for the position exit the funnel and move forward with a company’s final stage hiring process.

Using our platform, you can share up to 4 pictures of your outfit and share them privately with friends. No other app allows you to do this so easily and functionally. Our mission is to help people feel empowered and self confident and TWRL allows them to post pictures privately to their friends and not feel on display, a place where they can feel safe and be authentic.
