We can accomplish this by connecting a problem (posted by a user) with other users from varied backgrounds, who have experienced the same problem and found a solution that worked. I started working on William 18 months ago after wanting to create a will and finding solicitors expensive and inconvenient. Current online will sites are confusing and full of legal jargon. I have built something which holds customers hands through the process and avoiding legal jargon.

The project was developed using Lean methodology and specifically supported through user testing with usertesting.com and testmyui.com. With lean I specifically followed Ash Mauyra's books and blog.
