What are your current challenges with myCVfactory?
As we grow our market share in France, we are moving towards scaling globally, and a couple of the challenges are engaging different business cultures and expanding our business in other languages.

What is the myCVfactory process?
When someone comes to our homepage, they click on our “Order your CV now” button, they are led to some of our sample CVs and then our offers. Then are able to personalize their CV, even using state-of-the art graphic design software and the ability to choose any color. One of my favorite parts of the process is how we take our clients’ information (work experiences, education, and even hobbies and passions) and then use that to create a tailored CV that uses keywords essential to their industry and design that embodies their personality and the employers they are applying for.

Why is myCVfactory special? or Is it just another resume company?

Like former CEO Angela Ahrendts mentioned when talking about her company, Burberry, “We’re creating a great brand and a great company, and we happen to be in the business of fashion”—in our case, CVs! I think one of the most important ways you can serve anyone is to give them the freedom of understanding their passion, their skills, and their personal brand. We do that through personalized coaching services. Once someone has clarity about her brand, we empower that individual to get her brand out there and live out who she is by finding her ideal job and growing her influence. MyCVfactory is able to truly convey who someone is at the core professionally because of our coaching and unique design characteristics.

Where do you hope to take myCVfactory in five, ten years?
MyCVfactory at its core is a great company that allows people to transform their communication of a personal brand. We hope to expand our services and offerings (for example we want to offer several “Developing Your Personal Brand” video courses with a coaching component), but more than this we want to be the best destination for learning who you are professionally and communicating that in a creative way. We aim to do this by being the best consulting service for anyone searching for work and by providing the best CVs and resumes. Also, we want to become THE platform to buy job-items, a sort of worldwide-job-marketplace!
In time this will give us enough influence to even change how people communicate their professional information so that the colorless text of the past hundred years can show the character and value of the workers who will transform the next century!
