The Summer tourist season is ahead and the problem of flight cancellation is becoming typical. In May 2017 alone, 4000 flights were cancelled and 114,000 flights were delayed in EU. A chatbot is an ideal interface for this task.

We created a chatbot CashBackAir (http://cashbackairbot.com/) that gets compensations for its users in case of a flight delay in Europe.
