Staykeepers provides building owners with the option to get paid for both occupied and vacant units, earning 10% of all revenue from resident occupied short-lets, and up to 85% for short-lets on vacant units.

Residents now have the opportunity to start earning from short-lets in a compliant way. Staykeepers assists in getting their building on board and ensures they remain compliant and risk-free. Residents stand to earn up to 40% of their annual rent back through short-lets.
