Here is how.

Renters can create a full renter profile (filling in the last rental application, ever!) and have the option of attaching their background and credit check right from the start. This saves realtors and landlords a ton of time, and puts our renters in front of all other applicants! Once you're in, you can then use our escrow service to hold your security deposit until your move-in date, cutting off all scammers and foul players.
