DM Pilot helps small businesses, brands and personalities on Twitter to send automated direct messages based on up to 6 different triggers. These triggers include when someone new follows an account on Twitter or when someone likes or retweets a tweet.

At DM Pilot, we know that sending automated DMs on Twitter is a controversial topic with many marketers claiming them to be just a form of spam. However, when carefully constructed our current users have seen an increase in engagement from those users they reach out to via automated DM.
