Stress, costs, noise and CO2 emissions, finding a parking space is a misery in our cities. We want to change that. Together with the motorists and with the help of the local authorities, we have set ourselves the goal of reducing the traffic searching for parking spaces. To achieve this, we are networking vehicles of all ages and types into a Connected Cars community.

Our solution, which is based on our smartphone app ALMO, automatically recognizes when a user of the app parks and shares this parking space with all other ALMO users. And most importantly, we recognize when this parking space will only become free in 60 seconds.

To promote sustainability we are now launching a new version of the app, where we will motivate drivers to switch to alternative means of transport and reduce their carbon footprint.

For the first time ever, Masterworks.io is allowing investors to buy and
trade shares in great works of art.

Blue-chip fine art has been a superior risk-adjusted asset class for decades, outperforming the S&P 500 by 250% since the year 2000 with low degrees of volatility. However, these great works of art generally cost more than $2 million per painting, making them available only to the ultra- wealthy.

Masterworks takes balance sheet risk to purchase great works of art by collaborating with Christies, Sothebys, and Phillips. After purchasing a painting, we place it in an LLC and file it with the SEC to go public. This allows institutions, accredited and non-accredited investors to purchase shares of multi-million dollar, investment grade artwork.

Through the development of a trading platform that we plan to release in 2019, investors will be able to buy and trade shares in works of art just as they would with companies on the stock market.
