At Tunity, our goal is to build a better workplace by cultivating company culture through the use of big-data and predictive analytics. We believe there is a recipe to what makes a team successful and have created a platform dedicated to building and coaching the world’s best teams. Our platform uses a series of behavioral, cultural and skill based analytics to accurately predict compatibility between talent and opportunity. At the core is a proprietary matching algorithm that uses this multi-faceted mix of data and improves in accuracy over time as it learns about employment patterns gathered from users of the system.
