The deep pain that many Service Providers experience is loosing clients, going out of business, abuse and neglect of participants that are choosing to purchase their services. We think there are 3 key problems that Service Providers and the sectors we work in constantly struggle with; staff competency and capability, the complexity of the industry and a lack of enforcement and accountability.

The primary principles that service providers need to understand and live everyday are Transparency, Commitment, Authenticity, Customer Centred Work, Contemporary Practice and Safety. When these principles become your method you will experience understanding, educated, proactive and effective staff, simplified, clear practice and accessible information, best practice and accountability used to strengthen systems. The platform enables users, regardless of their location to get a first-level assessment of their health using an AI-bot - consultation with a doctor over the video, access to labs, pharmacy & care@home & preventive care services. In addition, the platform also enables data portability across stakeholders through a unique Health ID.
