We think there are 3 key problems that Service Providers and the sectors we work in constantly struggle with; staff competency and capability, the complexity of the industry and a lack of enforcement and accountability.

Legislation and compliance are just starting points. The primary principles that service providers need to understand and live everyday are Transparency, Commitment, Authenticity, Customer Centred Work, Contemporary Practice and Safety. When these principles become your method you will experience understanding, educated, proactive and effective staff, simplified, clear practice and accessible information, best practice and accountability used to strengthen systems.
