Inspired by a well known SelfControl, it aims to provide a similar functionality on iOS. This app allows you to temporarily block distracting websites on Safari browser. You can unlock them again but it requires that you think twice before doing so: Do I really need to browse funny cat pictures right now?. Optionally you can set a timer, not allowing you to unblock distracting websites until the time is up.

It includes more than 500 suggestions about all sorts of topics such as confidence, weight-loss, success, anxiety, enthusiasm for life, health, etc. Work on the Spanish version has also already begun.

There have been hundreds of thousands of Installations of the German-Language version since the release in mid-2017 and more than 50 people involved working on the app. Amongst them, 10 have been Hypnotherapists, as well as a special sound designer for music with healing frequencies. At last but not least, the investment has been of 250.000€ so far.
