This is a problem because it leads to lengthy searching, repeated work, and a lack of engagement from stakeholders - meaning wasted time, money and opportunity.

Teams currently resort to generic multi-use tools such as Notion, Confluence and Drive to centralise valuable insight across teams, but they are not working. These all-in-one tools are not built for managing research, have very basic search functionality, and are impossible to keep fresh and up to date - ultimately leading to yet more silos.

We're building a knowledge management system that reduces search effort, increases the visibility and impact of research findings, and uses AI to spot new patterns in your data - across the organisation.

A.I. to predict future real estate prices

Lofty AI uses artificial intelligence to identify undervalued investment properties primed for rapid appreciation. Investors use our web app platform to easily find properties that will appreciate significantly more than the market average.

We use very unconventional, real-time data such as restaurant review patterns, ride-sharing wait times, and millennial migration patterns to make our predictions. Our A.I. works. In January 2019, we selected 1,363 properties for our walk-forward test. Fast forward to today, our properties appreciated over 33% (weighted average) -- over 10x more than the market average.
