Mr. Rajan Singh (Ex-IPS | Wharton | IITK | McKinsey) founded HabitStrong, an online platform that provides live workout and meditation programmes. The platform offers a variety of live programmes to help users develop routines and habits. Workouts, nutrition, meditation, journaling, and other activities are all part of the routines. Some of their bootcamps cover subjects such as becoming a morning person, deep work and flow, extreme focused learning, digital detox, and so on. Custom bootcamps are also available to help build high-performing corporate teams with focus, discipline, and low stress.
