ImageToScan is a free online service that converts images to PDF documents that look like as if they were scanned using a real scanner. Upload an image of a document scanned in any angle, adjust the corners of the document on the image and ImageToScan will process the image to create a scanned version of the document either in PDF or JPG formats. ImageToScan also processes the image to ensure that the white sections of the document will stay white, as if they were created on a desktop device.
