We are a new and free weight & calorie tracking assistant,​ ​CalorieTracker.io​, with a mission to help others to get beinto their weight, caloric intake, caloric expenditure and more!
With our tracking system you can ditch online TDEE (total daily energy expenditure) calculators and spreadsheets. Pactivity levels, eating habits, water balance, exercise habits change over time to influence their real TDEE.
Simply log your weight and caloric intake daily - using the data, we are able to accurately evaluate your TDEE (TotaEnergy Expenditure) to best guide your food intake and help you achieve your goals - weather you're on a bulk, cut, or just curious about your habits.
