Product HQ solves this problem by providing product managers tools to get feedback from end users and team members into a single location that they can then use data points to promote the best ideas into features. Once a feature, they can use a different set of data points to promote the best features on to their product roadmap which can be organized into releases and shared with their customers and team to close the feedback loop and keep everyone informed.
