Rental bonds are medieval, expensive and inefficient forms of protection that reflect mistrust between landlords and tenants.

Trustbond replaces the rental deposit with a surety bond based on trust. This provides tenants with cashflow the months they need it most, while protecting landlords with the security they need. In case claims, we take the risk on behalf of the tenant, hence also reducing the risk of the tenant to not recover the deposit upon leaving the property.

Trustbond does not require credit scores. Instead, we use reputation scores based on eBay or AirBnB, enabling people who don't have a traditional form of employment and might not have a credit scores, like students, immigrants, or freelancers.
