Shadow Tech is a startup company based in Singapore, focusing on the AI development and talent efficiency industry. Our new product HIRE.video is the next-generation automated hiring software, based on machine learning and vision to achieve an unbiased interview experience. Candidates will get the interview result immediately after a 20~30mins online interview. And the recruiter will get a comprehensive report based on the video interview. By using our product it will tremendously reduce the time spent on recruiting and avoid the biased judgments of recruiters. Moreover, as the data calculated in our database, we will provide enterprise solutions for different realms in which there is a big need for various types of talents. As HIRE.VIDEO is the first launched AI product of SHADOW TECH, our creative team is currently working hard to polish the product and push it to the Southeast Asian market.

Superpow! is a mental health app that connects users with therapists based on matching cultural background.

Superpow! was founded by two users of online therapy. We aim to shift away from the clinical aspect of mental health and to connect those seeking therapy with therapists who share similar cultural backgrounds. Superpow! aims to be flexible, affordable & stigma free.

With increased pressure on access to mental health treatment, Superpow! wants to be an online therapy platform that shifts away from the clinical aspect of mental health treatment. The platform aims to help users find a matching therapist based on factors such as preferred language, ethnical background, sexual orientation, gender, age, symptoms. We aim to match you with a therapist quicker than any other app.

The app has the right solutions for what we perceive to be the main current issues within the industry: stigma, non-inclusive services for minorities, high costs & low flexibility related to time & location.

Superpow! will aim to deploy a strong B2B channel, helping large companies provide much needed support for employees. A staggering 70 million work days are lost each year due to mental health problems in the UK, costing employers approximately £2.4 billion per year.

We are a scalable, capital-light business. Our objective is to initially enter London's market, with plans to expand within the UK in year 2, rest of Europe in years 3 & 4 and US in year 5. We operate a simple business model: commission on each session booked.
