As an extra feature we allow our registered members to play a special 'Workstyle game' to assess their soft skills - e.g. the person’s strategy in tackling problems, how well they can focus, how they approach complex problems - and identify personality archetypes, so they can add more value to their resume and help our system in finding the most matching jobs for them.

SochGenie is an initiative to work on the cognitive skills of children above 4yrs, the formative stage of brain in a child.

SochGenie aims at enhancing key skill sets like Memory, Concentration, Attention Span, Decision Making and many more in children through games. This platform ensures that while children have fun playing games, their progress across multiple skill sets are monitored. It also allows the child to play with family members or with friends by forming Circles.
