SolidFish
SolidFish

A versatile, self-destructing data sharing app designed to be secure and green.

SolidFish's concept is simple. We transform your viewable media (Pdfs, Docs, Images, Text, and Weblinks) into a code (we call a SOLIDCODE) which opens up a lot of sharing possibilities: Share your Solidcodes on social media, via SMS, on a voice call or anonymously via our platform. This makes your media versatile and portable across multiple devices with ease!!

Create Open or password-encrypted Solidcodes depending on your use. And when your media is done, we will automatically delete it and recycle the data storage used thereby curbing the ever-increasing demand for more data centres.

And there is more! To avoid spoofed web links, share and receive web links you can trust through SolidFish using password-encrypted Solidcodes. With password-encrypted Solidcodes, you only have to trust Solidcodes that can be unlocked by your password.

How this data sharing platform works:
On SolidFish - versatile web links & data-sharing platform, you can share your media in a few steps:

- Upload the file, message or weblinks that you want to share

- Select a memorable pass pattern to command & control your data.

- SolidFish has two security features:
-- Password encrypted protection.

-- Copy text protection.

- Enter the email address(es) and phone number(s) you will like to send your Solidcode to. This is optional as we encourage users to minimize their email usage.

- And finally, how long your data is relevant. And once the time has elapsed, your data will self-delete.

A Solidcode (a 9 digit number) is then created for you to share. You can share this code with your friends and, it will link you and your friends to your data. You can even share this code over a voice call or on paper. Solidcodes are very convenient and make our platform unique from many other data-sharing platforms out there.

Giving founders an unfair advantage

To help startups design their success, 1 founder at a time.

Why? Because wealth inequality is directly tied to entrepreneurship. 95% of people who get out of check-to-check living do so by selling a business.

It started with researching why, how, and when startups fail. We did 1,200 interviews and spent months reading the research to understand the 90% failure rate. We learned that founders keep making the same mistakes and these mistakes can be avoided. And the problems that lead to these mistakes center around people, knowledge, and financial resources.

Accelerators are designed to help startups solve these problems. But only 2% of startups who apply, are accepted into accelerators. 60% of rejected founders “failed to complete the application due to lack of knowledge.” And 70% of those startups who are accepted, came through a referral. So if you don’t know the language or are not connected into the ecosystem already your chances are slim.
