They set exact actions what they need to take, and then day after day they mark them as completed or not. App has also motivation texts which show when user set his mood as low. TakeAction provides Month and Quarter views to have a better look how we handle our resolutions in different periods of time. There are also awards (trophies and medals) for most hard working people.
