After purchasing a painting, we place it in an LLC and file it with the SEC to go public. This allows institutions, accredited and non-accredited investors to purchase shares of multi-million dollar, investment grade artwork.

Through the development of a trading platform that we plan to release in 2019, investors will be able to buy and trade shares in works of art just as they would with companies on the stock market.
