Think of it as a perfect marriage between Reddit and Twitter for expressing users’ true thoughts. The app is free, and will always stay free. The idea behind it is that people love to complain, especially when they just had a bad experience with brands/products. Currently people use Twitter or Facebook and those are not the best platforms for that.
